These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Luna for products, services or otherwise. 

Service Description:

Our travel planner services aim to assist you in creating personalized itineraries, providing transportation options, suggesting accommodations, and recommending activities for your travel. We offer expert advice and guidance based on your preferences, interests, and requirements.

All prices reflected in our services are expressed in U.S. Dollars.

We provide services to individuals aged 21 and above.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Customized Itineraries:

We will create a customized itinerary tailored to your specifications. The itinerary will include details such as destination(s), travel dates, accommodation recommendations, transportation options, and suggested activities. It is important to note that the final booking and confirmation of travel components (e.g., flights, accommodations, activities) are the responsibility of the traveler.

Third-Party Suppliers:

We may suggest third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, and activity providers. While we strive to recommend reputable suppliers, we cannot guarantee the services or performance of these third parties. Any bookings or arrangements made with these suppliers are subject to their respective terms and conditions, and we are not liable for any issues, disputes, or losses arising from their services.

Travel Documentation and Requirements:

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health-related requirements, are obtained and up to date. We provide general guidance and information regarding travel documentation, but it is ultimately the traveler's responsibility to comply with all applicable requirements.

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or any other potential risks. Travel insurance coverage is not included in our services unless specifically stated.

Payments and Fees:

Our travel planner services are subject to fees, which will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of any service. Payment terms and methods will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. Any additional costs incurred during your travel, such as accommodation charges, transportation fees, or activity expenses, are separate and payable directly to the respective suppliers.

Limitation of Liability:

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or changes in the information provided. We are not liable for any liability, damages, losses, delays, or inconveniences experienced before/during and after your travel. It is your responsibility to independently verify all details and make informed decisions regarding your travel arrangements.

Under no circumstance shall HeyloMundo and/or its owner(s) be held liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage or any damages of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the website or reliance on any information provided on the website.

We or our licensors own and control all of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and the data, information, and other resources displayed by or accessible within the website.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold HeyloMundo, its owner(s), partners, agents, employees, service providers, and affiliates free from any liability, loss, claim, and expense (including reasonable attorney fees), however incurred, related to your violation of these Terms, your use of HeyloMundo, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
